Darren Tyler has been doing work for me on Energizer’s website compliance.  Not only has he met our teams expectations but exceeded them.  He anticipates what we need and normally has it done before I even ask for it.  Darren is very thorough and always willing to tackle any challenge I throw at him.  He has never missed a due date.  He took on a pretty challenging project recently and came up with a great idea to solve for the issues and completed the project ahead of schedule.
